Dr T.G. Agitha is Associate Professor, Government Law College,
Ernakulam, Kerala, India, on working arrangements at the Inter Univer-
sity Centre for Intellectual Property Studies, Cochin University of
Science and Technology, Kerala. She is co-author of a book on intellec-
tual property rights (IPR) and has published several research papers in
this area.
Michael Birnhack is Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, Tel-Aviv
University, Israel, and an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of
Advanced Legal Studies, University of London. He studies and writes
about information law, and especially copyright, privacy, and freedom of
expression. He is the author of Colonial Copyright: Intellectual Property
in Mandate Palestine (Oxford University Press, 2012). He has also taught
at George Washington University, Melbourne University, and UCLA
School of Law. He earned his LLB degree at Tel-Aviv University, and
LLM and JSD at New York University School of Law.
Dianne Daley is an attorney-at-law, and one of the founding partners of
the Foga Daley practice in Kingston, Jamaica, where she is head of the
firm's Intellectual Property Department. Her principal practice areas
include transactional IP rights, IP rights acquisition and IP portfolio
management in the areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and related
rights and patents. Dianne is a CIDA scholar and holds a Master's Degree
in Comparative Law from McGill University with IP and International
