University Law School, USA and was a faculty member of the Asian
Law Center at the University of Washington School of Law, USA.
Jon Eddy is Professor of Law and was Director of the Asian Law
Center (2010­2013) at the University of Washington School of Law,
USA.
Daniel H. Foote is Professor of Law at the University of Tokyo, Japan.
He was a faculty member of the Asian Law Center at the University of
Washington School of Law (1988­2000) and is rejoining the faculty
