Chang Hong has held the position of Assistant Professor of International
Law and the Law of the Sea at Xiamen University of China since 2014.
She got her PhD degree in Trier University of Germany with an emphasis
on the marine scientific research and the law of the sea.
Chen Shiyin has held the position of Lecturer of Law Department at
Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University since August 2011. She is a
PhD candidate on Environmental law at China University of Political
Science and Law (CUPL) since September 2014. Shiyin focuses on
environmental law and is author of several research articles in the field of
environmental law.
Hou Jiaru holds the position of Professor of Environmental Law at the
Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School of China University of
Political Science and Law (CUPL) in Beijing. He obtained his PhD
degree in Renmin University of China and LLM degree in Vermont Law
School. His research areas include environmental tort law, international
environmental law, environmental negotiation and environmental disputes
resolution and civil law.
Jiang Xiaoyi has held the position of Associate Professor of Environ-
mental Law at the Wuhan University China Institute of Boundary and
Ocean Studies (CIBOS) the People's Republic of China since 2010. She
defended her PhD on the topic of legal issues for implementing the clean
development mechanism in the University of Western Sydney Australia in
