Allerkamp, Doreen is a Project Director at the Mannheim Centre for
European Social Research (MZES), University of Mannheim, Germany.
She specialises in European Union institutional politics and informal
governance, with a particular focus on the European Council and the
Council of Ministers and their inner workings. Her current research deals
with the Council Presidency and its impact on Member State behaviour
in the context of EU decision-making.
Andrecka, Marta is an Assistant Professor at the Copenhagen Univer-
sity. Before taking up this position she conducted both her post-doctoral
fellowship as well as her PhD in Aarhus University in Denmark. Marta
undertakes teaching and research in public procurement law, public-
private partnerships and EU Law. Throughout her projects, she has
gained in-depth knowledge of legal aspects of public procurement in
regards to framework agreements, sustainable procurement, complex
contracts as well as procurement centralization. Marta is a member of the
Centre for Enterprise Liability, a co-founder of Academic Support for
PPP in Poland, and she actively collaborates with research centres and
practitioners all around Europe.
Aspey, Eleanor is a Lecturer in law at the University of Manchester
School of Law. Her research interests are in public procurement law from
an EU and international perspective, with a particular focus on utilities
procurement and the use of procurement to promote social and environ-
mental policy.
Bruyninckx, Tim works as an attorney-at-law at the Brussels bar and is
affiliated as a doctoral researcher to the European University Institute
