Tiffany Andrade Roche is Standards and Assurance Officer for Cocoa
and Hazelnut at UTZ. Previously she was advisor to the Market
Transformation Initiative of the WWF. She has studied production
engineering at the Universidad Simón Bolívar, strategic environmental
management at the Università degli Studi di Padova and environment and
resource management at the VU University Amsterdam.
Donal Casey is a lecturer at Kent Law School where he teaches European
Union law and consumer law. Empirically, his research addresses the
policy areas of food safety and gambling. Analytically, Donal's research
examines transnational regulation, legitimacy and the role that law, stand-
ards and other norms play in shaping regulatory regimes.
Elena Fagotto is Director of Research at Harvard Kennedy School's
Transparency Policy Project. Her research focuses on food safety, trans-
parency and transnational governance. She has published on these topics
in peer-reviewed journals and has authored several book chapters. She
holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a PhD from Erasmus
University Rotterdam.
Michael Faure is Professor of Comparative and International Environmental
Law at Maastricht University and Professor of Comparative Private Law
and Economics at Erasmus School of Law (Rotterdam), both in the
Netherlands.
Andrew Fearne is Professor of Value Chain Management at Norwich
Business School, University of East Anglia. His research is focussed on
the coordination of value chains, from field to fork. He is the founding
