Abstract/Description:

Law 3/2012 has finally introduced a specific procedure for the treatment of individual over-indebtedness, including consumers who have not been submitted to the general bankruptcy procedure established by the Bankruptcy Law. Now, for the first time, specific rules have been established to facilitate agreement between debtors and creditors for partial discharge from debts, even if under very strict conditions.
