Abstract/Description:
This chapter offers a survey of the UK legal regime relating to transparency and disclosure of documents in the context of public procurement in the UK, arising from domestic legislation such as the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the decisional practice of the UK courts and Information Commissioners’ Office. The chapter pays particular attention to the protection of commercial interests and business secrets in the context of procurement debriefing.
