This chapter provides commentary on art. 32 of the CRC on the protection of children from economic exploitation. In the context of art. 32 CRC, the chapter explores the issues of minimum age requirements for entry into employment and the worst forms of child labour. The chapter also provides perspectives on children’s rights to work and rights at work.
