Author biography

Barbara Linder holds a PhD in human rights law of the University of
Vienna and a Master's degree in Human Rights and Democratisation
(E.MA) of the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights in
Venice, Italy. Prior to joining the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human
Rights (BIM) in Vienna in 2007 she worked in development cooperation
with the UNICEF and the Austrian Development Agency. Her areas of
expertise include human rights in development cooperation and business,
access to justice and procedural rights, economic, social and cultural
rights, human trafficking and labour exploitation.
