Rachel J. Anderson is Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University
of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Society
of Comparative Law and the Executive Committee of the American Association of Law
School's Comparative Law Section. Her scholarly focus includes foreign investment and
corporate governance as well as gender issues.
Freya Baetens (Cand. Jur./Lic.Jur. (Ghent); LLM (Columbia); PhD (Cambridge)) is
Professor of Public International Law at the PluriCourts Centre of Excellence (Faculty
of Law, Oslo University). She is also affiliated with the Europa Institute (Faculty of Law,
Leiden University). As a Member of the Brussels Bar, she regularly acts as counsel or
expert in international disputes. She is listed on the Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators
of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the
South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shenzhen
Court of International Arbitration) and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre
(HKIAC). She specialises in the law of treaties, responsibility of states and international
organisations, law of the sea, WTO and investment law, energy law and sustainable
development.
Andrea K. Bjorklund is Full Professor and the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International
Arbitration and International Commercial Law at McGill University Faculty of Law. In
2017 she was named one of McGill's Norton Rose Scholars in International Arbitration
