Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A licensee's licence is cancelled if the licensee, or another person who would have been required to be an appropriate person for the grant of the licence, is convicted of a disqualifying offence.
(2) The licensee must return the licence to the chief executive within 14 days after the conviction.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—20 penalty units.
