HEALTH PRACTITIONERS TRIBUNAL ACT 2010 (NO. 12 OF 2010) - SECT 4
Application
(1) In the event of any inconsistency between this Act and the National
Law, the National Law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2)
In the event of any inconsistency between this Act and a referring law, the
referring law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
