(1)  The Tribunal, on or before 31 October in each year, is to give the Minister a report on its activities for the financial year ending on the preceding 30 June.

(2)  On receiving the report, the Minister is to cause a copy of it to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 10 sitting days.
