TRAFFIC (ROAD RULES) REGULATIONS 1999 (S.R. 1999, NO. 131) - REG 244

Holding onto a moving vehicle

A person travelling in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy must not hold onto a vehicle while the vehicle is moving.

Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
Note : Vehicle is defined in rule 15 .
