Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsThe sums specified in Schedule 2 which by the authority of section 35 of the Financial Management Act 1994 have been expended from the Public Account to meet urgent claims are deemed to have been appropriated from the Consolidated Fund for the provision of outputs, additions to the net asset base and payments made on behalf of the State specified in Schedule 2 and those sums shall be repaid to the Public Account.
