ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AND OTHER LEGISLATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 41 OF 2006) - SECT 40
Amendment of section 29
In section 29(3) of the Workers Compensation Act 1958 , for
"prescribed rate" substitute "rate fixed for the time being under section 2
of the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 ".
