ABORIGINAL LANDS AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 33 OF 2013) - SECT 23
Section 23F substituted
For section 23F of the Principal Act substitute —
" 23F Effect of appointment of Administrator
On the appointment of the Administrator of a Trust all members of the
committee of management of the Trust, including the Chairperson, cease to hold
office.".
