ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 58 OF 2014) - SECT 22
Powers, functions, duties and consultation requirements
After section 100(1)(c) of the Principal Act insert —
"(ca) to provide counselling and support services
in relation to matters relating to persons born as a result of donor treatment
procedures;".
