Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person specified in subsection (2) is not in any way liable to any penalty in respect of anything done by the person in the exercise or performance of any power, function or duty conferred or imposed on the person by this Act or the regulations.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the following persons are specified—
(a) the Health Secretary;
(b) a manufacturing inspector.
