BUILDING A BETTER VICTORIA (STATE TAX AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT) ACT 2014 (NO. 40 OF 2014) - SECT 28
Notice of acquisition of land
After section 103(3) of the Land Tax Act 2005 insert —
"(4) This section does not apply to a person who
acquires land in a manner that was effected by an electronic instrument lodged
by means of an ELN.".
