BUILDING AND ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 3 OF 2020) - SECT 14
New section 57A inserted
After section 57 of the Architects Act 1991 insert —
" 57A Delegation power of the Board
The Board may
by instrument delegate any of the Board's functions, powers or duties under
this Act to the Registrar or any other officer appointed under section 57.".
