BUILDING AND ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 3 OF 2020) - SECT 8
Grounds for disciplinary action against a registered architect
After section 32(db) of the Architects Act 1991 insert —
"(dc) the architect has not completed the relevant
prescribed continuing professional development requirements (if any); or".
