BUILDING AND PLANNING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (GOVERNANCE AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 34 OF 2013) - SECT 17

In section 3(1) of the Building Act 1993 —

        (a)     the definition of Commission is repealed ;

        (b)     in paragraph (c) of the definition of relevant building surveyor —

              (i)     for "Commission" (where twice occurring) substitute "Authority";

              (ii)     for "section 199(5)" substitute "section 205P".
