BUILDING AND PLANNING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (GOVERNANCE AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 34 OF 2013) - SECT 25

    (1)     In section 227A(1) of the Building Act 1993 —

        (a)     for "Commission" substitute "Authority";

        (b)     after "Division" insert "from staff appointed or engaged under section 204".

    (2)     In section 227A(2) of the Building Act 1993 , for "Commission" (where twice occurring) substitute "Authority".
