BUS SAFETY ACT 2009 (NO. 13 OF 2009) - SECT 38

    (1)     An accreditation remains in force until it—

        (a)     is cancelled or surrendered; or

        (b)     expires.

    (2)     The Safety Director may grant a temporary accreditation for a period of less than 12 months.
