CONSUMER ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 13 OF 2017) - SECT 17

After section 172 of the Conveyancers Act 2006 insert —

    " 172A     Refusal or failure to comply with requirement

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of an inspector or the Director under this Part.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.".
