CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 16 OF 2021) - SECT 9
How long does a right of interment last?
After section 74(2) of the Principal Act insert —
"(3) When granting a right of interment to a
person for a period of 25 years, a cemetery trust must offer a perpetual right
of interment to the person.".
