CLIMATE CHANGE ACT 2017 (NO. 5 OF 2017) - SECT 87

A Carbon Sequestration Agreement may be ended—

        (a)     by the Minister on giving the parties to the agreement not less than 180 days written notice of termination; or

        (b)     by agreement of the parties in accordance with the agreement; or

        (c)     by further agreement of the parties.
