Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIf a person carries out works pursuant to a direction under section 91, the Secretary must reimburse the person for the reasonable costs incurred by that person in carrying out those works unless the Carbon Sequestration Agreement provides that the Secretary is not to be liable to reimburse the person for those costs.
