COURTS LEGISLATION (JURISDICTION) ACT 2006 (NO 50 OF 2006) - SECT 4
New section 91 inserted
After section 90 of the County Court Act 1958 insert —
"91. Transitional provisions—Courts
Legislation (Jurisdiction) Act 2006
The amendments of this Act made by section 3 of the Courts Legislation
(Jurisdiction) Act 2006 apply only to proceedings commenced on or after the
commencement of that section.".
