CORRECTIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 41 OF 2015) - SECT 34

    (1)     In section 104N(1) of the Corrections Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "this Act," substitute "this Act and";

        (b)     omit "and the Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring Act 2005 ".

    (2)     In section 104N(2) of the Corrections Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "the regulations," substitute "the regulations and";

        (b)     omit "and the Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring Act 2005 ".
