COURTS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (RESERVE JUDICIAL OFFICERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 5 OF 2013) - SECT 14
Judges not to hold any other place of profit
After section 84(5) of the Constitution Act 1975 insert —
"(6) This section applies to a reserve Judge
during any period of engagement under section 81B.".
