COURTS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (RESERVE JUDICIAL OFFICERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 5 OF 2013) - SECT 62

In section 3(1) of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 , in the definition of "judicial officer" —

        (a)     after paragraph (a) insert —

    "(ab)     a reserve Judge of the Supreme Court;";

        (b)     after paragraph (d) insert —

    "(da)     a reserve judge of the County Court;";

        (c)     after paragraph (f) insert —

    "(fa)     a reserve magistrate;".
