In section 3(1) of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 , in the definition of judicial officer —

        (a)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(ba)     a reserve Associate Judge of the Supreme Court;";

        (b)     after paragraph (e) insert —

    "(ea)     a reserve associate judge of the County Court;".
