CORRECTIONS LEGISLATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 64 OF 2017) - SECT 13

Release on parole of person imprisoned for sexual offence, serious violent offence or terrorism or foreign incursion offence

(1) In section 74AAB(1)(c) of the Corrections Act 1986 , for "any other members of the Board" substitute "other members of the Board, if any,".

(2) Section 74AAB(8) of the Corrections Act 1986 is repealed .
