Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 112(1)(i) of the Corrections Act 1986 , after "the Secretary may approve the expenditure of that interest or other proceeds from the investment of those retained moneys" insert "or from earnings retained under an agreement with the Secretary".
(2) After section 112(1)(i) of the Corrections Act 1986 insert —
"(ia) without limiting paragraph (i), the entering into agreements between the Secretary and a prisoner who has been assessed by the Secretary as suitable to undertake paid employment outside a prison;".
