CRIMES LEGISLATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 6 OF 2017) - SECT 8
Orders etc. on successful appeal
In section 277(1)(c)(ii) of the Criminal
Procedure Act 2009 , after "jury" insert "or, in the case of a plea of guilty
to offence A, the trial judge".
