Licences and permits with respect to forests
In section 52(1A) of the Forests Act 1958 —
(a) in paragraph (g),
before "to take" insert "subject to paragraph (i),";
(b) in paragraph (i),
after " 1958 " insert ", except a bee site licence within the meaning of
that Act".
