    In Schedule 8 to the Crimes Act 1958 —

        (a)     in clause 7(h), for "(sexual relationship with" substitute "(persistent sexual abuse of";

        (b)     in clause 7(j) for "people with impaired mental functioning)" substitute "persons with a cognitive impairment)".
