CRIMINAL ORGANISATIONS CONTROL AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 55 OF 2014) - SECT 121
Application to Magistrates' Court
After section 5(2) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried)
Act 1997 insert —
"(3) This section does not apply to the Children's
Court.".
