CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AMENDMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2009 (NO. 68 OF 2009) - SECT 15
On committing accused for trial
For section 144(2)(b)(ii) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 substitute
—
"(ii) the provisions of sections 342, 344 and 346,
if relevant; and".
