Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Trust may undertake a review of a strategic management plan at any time, but at least every 10 years after the making of the plan.
(2) The Minister may direct the Trust to undertake a review of a strategic management plan at any time and the Trust must undertake that review.
