Persons detained in youth residential centre subject to Youth Parole Board
(1) In the heading to section 462 of the Principal
Act, for " Youth Residential Board " substitute " Youth Parole Board ".
(2) In section 462 of the Principal Act—
(a) for "child" substitute "person";
and
(b) for "Youth Residential Board"
substitute "Youth Parole Board".
