Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an authorised officer who is exercising a power under this Act.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2) A person is not guilty of an offence under sub-section (1) if the authorised officer exercising a power under this Act—
(a) failed to produce their identity card in accordance with section 209; or
(b) failed to warn the person of the effect of sub-section (1).
