DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (RESTRICTED BREEDS) ACT 2011 (NO. 39 OF 2011) - SECT 3

    (1)     In section 3(3) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 , for "a standard prescribed by the regulations" substitute "an approved standard".

    (2)     After section 3(3) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 insert —

    "(4)     For the purposes of subsection (3) an approved standard is a standard that has been approved by the Minister and published in the Government Gazette.".
