DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARMS AND PET SHOPS) ACT 2017 (NO. 69 OF 2017) - SECT 103
Amendments consequential to repeal of section 12A(2) and insertion of new sections 12B and 12C
(1) In section 74A of the Principal Act, for
"12A(2)," substitute "12B, 12C,".
(2) For section 74AB(a) of the Principal Act
substitute —
"(a) section 12A(1), 12B, 12C, 13(1) or 13(2);".
