DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARMS AND PET SHOPS) ACT 2017 (NO. 69 OF 2017) - SECT 25
Registration of premises, consequential amendment
In section 47(1A) of the Principal Act, for
"an authorised officer appointed by that Council" substitute "a Council
authorised officer of that Council".
