DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARMS AND PET SHOPS) ACT 2017 (NO. 69 OF 2017) - SECT 57
Approval for search warrant, consequential amendment
In section 76C of the Principal Act, for "an authorised officer who is
appointed by a Council under section 72" substitute "a Council
authorised officer".
