DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARMS AND PET SHOPS) ACT 2017 (NO. 69 OF 2017) - SECT 90
Compliance with order under section 84XA
At the end of section 84XH of the Principal Act insert —
"(2) Nothing in this section affects the powers of
the Magistrates' Court, or of the Supreme Court, in relation to contempt of
court.".
