DELIVERING VICTORIAN INFRASTRUCTURE (PORT OF MELBOURNE LEASE TRANSACTION) ACT 2016 (NO. 10 OF 2016) - SECT 6

In this Act the following words and expressions have the same meanings respectively as they have in section 9 of the Corporations Act unless the context or subject-matter otherwise requires—

        (a)     associated entity;

        (b)     company;

        (c)     director;

        (d)     dispose;

        (e)     issue;

        (f)     officer;

        (g)     related body corporate;

        (h)     securities;

              (i)     subsidiary;

        (j)     wholly-owned subsidiary.
